Workshop - Partnering
In this workshop on partnering, participants will be learning excerpts from L’un l’autre (One Another, 2018), a duet co-created by Sylvain Lafortune and Esther Rousseau-Morin. This beautiful duet offers numerous situations of partnering work in which technical challenges are intimately linked to artistic ones. In applying a terminology specific to dance partnering, the judicious use of biomechanical principles, an efficient working method and healthy interactions between partners, participants will live a rich and stimulating experience that will develop their abilities and widen the scope of their expressive possibilities.
